Yes! Our villa is perfect for families with children. We provide a safe, spacious environment and offer items like a travel cot and high chair for free.  Our garden is fully fenced and has a play tower with swings, slide, outdoor toys.  There is also a safety gate by the stairs.   

Absolutely! We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs free of charge. Please ask us about other options if you have more pets.

Yes, the garden is fully fenced (mesh fence 180 cm high; 60 cm on the water side behind high plants), offering privacy and security.

VacationVilla.nl is in the Flower region in Noordwijk, near the dunes, forest, and the North Sea coast in South Holland. 
The beach (Duindamseslag) is about 1,800 m away (≈ 25 min walk or ~5 min by bike). 

Yes.  The closest beach Duindamseslag is also a dog beach.  Dogs can be there without the leash all year round. 

• The nearby National Park Hollandse Duinen offers walking, horse riding and cycling paths.

You select travel dates and number of persons, and the price is automatically calculated.
A down payment of €200 is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. 
The booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

• If canceled within 4 weeks of arrival: 100% of the rental price is forfeited. vacationvilla.nl
  We allow you to find a replacement tenant; in that case you are refunded the paid amount minus €50 admin costs.

• To avoid risks, we recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance of your choice.

• Between 23 March – 29 October: minimum 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) 

• Outside that season: minimum 3 nights (except at Christmas) 

• Bookings for 2 nights are possible, but an €80 fee is added.

• Security deposit : €200

• Municipal tourist tax is required: €2,51 per person per night (all ages) 

• Optional linen & towel service (beds made, towels) costs €18,50 per person

• €80 fee is added for 2 night stays.

Payment is via bank transfer.
